A series of 6 engaging classes, Facilities University is designed to educate the Vanderbilt community on how the Real Estate, Facilities, and Development division supports the university’s mission. Over these six sessions, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the key areas within the division:
- Vanderbilt University Maintenance and Operations (VUMO)
- Business Operations Center (BOC)
- Vanderbilt University Real Estate (VURE)
- Planning, Design and Construction (PDC)
- Environment Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS)

Each class provides hands-on activities and exclusive tours, offering a unique, behind-the-scenes experience. This six-session program takes place at the Baker Building, 11th Floor, on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
